…..Or at least the back door of the print-shop……
…..(I don’t think Creedence Clearwater Revival had this in mind or vision when they did that song)…..More snow last night and the second morning in a row of shoveling, although it was not as bad today as yesterday. This for a couple of reasons — one being that there was not the ice that was in the mix yesterday, and secondly my attitude which was better today. I blame my bad outlook on the situation yesterday morning for it making it difficult and for it bothering my back. Today was different. After surviving yesterday with my back intact, I went into it with a better frame of mind and it wasn’t too bad.
That being said, the overall situation is bad. This is especially true for the poor animals like the deer which are near their time for giving birth. No food and unable to move around — it will be a hard winter on the deer and other creatures…..and, I’m afraid it is not over yet. After all it is only April 1st and a fool’s day indeed.
Of all the things I’m supposed to be working on, the last couple of days have made it difficult. The weather and bad getting around is slowing down my otherwise already slow progress on a couple of things, especially the Rabbittown performance poster I’m working on for Lisa Anne Ross and her Solo Chicken Productions. I can’t get to the other house to cut blocks and I can’t get the images o the necessary laser printer to make the transfers. So, I’m having to bide my time and work on other things as I can.
More pics, from the road…..
